Tavistock faces new application for yet another housing development

Only days after an application to build 110 new houses outside the settlement boundary was rejected by the Planning Committee, another application has been made to build up to 120 new houses on a greenfield site, outside the town settlement boundary, and outside the area of land allocated for new housing development. The proposal, at Anderton Lane, is open for comment. Application number 00756/2014.

Further details are available in the Tavistock Times 10 July.
